  • Normal processing: 3–7 working days

  • Processing time may be longer due to immigration verification, public holidays, or additional security checks.

  2. Do not overstay your visa. Overstaying may result in fines, legal action, or future visa restrictions.

  5. Avoid providing false information or fake documents, as this may lead to visa refusal and legal consequences.

  6. Comply with all immigration and airport regulations.

  7. Maintain valid accommodation and a return or onward travel plan when required by immigration authorities.

  • Submission of a visa application does not guarantee approval.

  • Visa fees are generally non-refundable once the application has been submitted, even if the visa is refused, unless otherwise stated by the issuing authority.

  • UAE Immigration reserves the right to request additional documents or refuse any application without providing a detailed reason.

Important Notice:
We need guarantee against DUBAI / UAE VISA. Passenger has to come back and leave United Arab Emirates within the package period and validity of visa. If passenger fails to come back or leave the United Arab Emirates within the committed period or validity of visa; he will be considered overstayed and blacklisted. In case of overstay, plenty charges have to pay immediate basis imposed by UAE visa authorised company.

Terms and Conditions

  • 1. Visa fee once deposited shall NOT BE refunded in case of visa application is rejected/denied by the authorities in UAE.
  • 2. All visitors should have a valid return ticket and a passport valid for a minimum period of six month
  • 3. However, visa regulations and costs are subject to change
  • 4. Visa Approval is Subject to Immigration Brolla Travel is not responsible in case of Visa is rejected / Delayed, visa fee is Non Refundable in any case.
  • 5. Over staying in UAE your visa will result in fines and detentions.
  • 6. The Embassy/ Immigration of UAE recommend all their eligible applicants to strictly follow the Rules and Regulations in order to avoid any delay. Since the visa policy is being monitored by the UAE authorities, therefore, the instructions provided by the Embassy are subject to change without any prior notification.
